CORNWALL – City police have made a second arrest in connection to a series of crimes that included a break-in at the former Gladstone Public School on McConnell Avenue.
A 15-year-old boy was arrested at his home Wednesday (April 22) and charged with break and enter and being an occupant of a motor vehicle taken without consent.
His identity is protected because he’s a minor.
The youth was allegedly involved in a series of crimes in March and April, which included a break-in at the former school in late March.
