Olsonfab to add 10 jobs with government investment

CORNWALL – A metal fabricator in Cornwall is getting a little more than $138,000 from the provincial government to expand operations and add a handful of jobs.

Local MPP Jim McDonell was at Olsonfab Friday morning to announce the Eastern Ontario Development Fund money of $138,948.

The company, originally on Balmoral Avenue, expanded to a second location at 235 Saunders Drive and will be creating another 10 jobs with updating production equipment.

Olsonfab Metal Fabrication, founded in 1998, does custom work, welding, and 3D designs for various clients and distributes them worldwide.
