MARTINTOWN – One person is dead after a head-on crash on County Road 20 Saturday afternoon, north of Martintown.
Provincial police say a minivan and a pickup truck collided on a stretch of the highway between County Road 25 and Kenyon Concession Road 1 just before 1 p.m.
The minivan driver died at the scene, police said.
The pickup driver was not hurt.
Both vehicles did not have any passengers.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
The identity of the victim is not being released until relatives are notified.
A section of County Road 20 between County Road 25 and Kenyon Concession Road 1 is closed and detours are in place.
