CORNWALL – A 15-year-old Cornwall boy is facing an number of charges after a truck smashed into a parking lot curb Tuesday afternoon.
City police say the curb in a parking lot in the 400 block of Marlborough Street was damaged around 5 p.m.
The teenager was charged with mischief.
If you think he’s a little young to be driving, you’re right. CPS told Cornwall Newswatch that he’s also facing charges under the Highway Traffic Act for underage driving.
The teen’s name was not released because he’s a minor.
