Bank card crook has to pay back $3,000

CORNWALL – A Cornwall woman who went on a spending spree with someone’s bank card is going to have to pay back over $3,000.

Shelby Richmire, 33, was convicted in November 2018 for one count each of fraud and unlawful use of a credit card.

She had been facing 12 counts each of fraud and unlawful use of a credit card.

She was given a 21 day jail sentence, which included credit for 27 days of pretrial custody, according to court records.

Richmire also has to pay $3,084.35 in restitution as well as a $200 victim fine surcharge.

She will be on probation for two years.
