Gunpoint pharmacy robbery in Cornwall

CORNWALL – Police are looking for a suspect who carried out a robbery of a city pharmacy Monday night.

Cornwall police say a masked man went into Jean Coutu on Ninth Street East around 8:30 p.m. and headed to the pharmacy department where he pulled a gun and demanded prescription medication.

The man got away with an undisclosed amount of drugs.

The suspect is described as roughly 5-foot-6 with a thin build. He was wearing a dark green construction jacket with reflective stripes, black pants and black shoes.

The robber covered his face with a black balaclava and had a hood over his head.
