
LANCASTER – A truck driver escaped with minor injuries after his rig rolled over on the Highway 401 westbound on-ramp.
It happened around 1 p.m. at the Lancaster ramps, where the truck spilled its load across the westbound lanes of the highway.
Westbound traffic is being rerouted at Curry Hill Road and gets back on the highway at Summerstown Road.
Eastbound Highway 401 traffic is unaffected.
O.P.P. say the highway is expected to reopen sometime around 4:30 p.m.
Hwy 401 westbound is closed @ KM 814 due to a TT rollover with minor injuries. WB traffic rerouted from KM 825 to KM 804. @OPP_COMM_ER
