
CORNWALL – The season has ended for the Nationals on a losing note, as the Berlin River Drivers doubled up on the Cornwall team 6-3.
Scoring for Cornwall were Jay Croop, Mitchell Porowski and MJ Graham.
According to the team, there were 713 fans in the stands at the civic complex Saturday night.
The Nationals finish their inaugural season with a 16-34-4-3 record, placing sixth in the FHL standings.
According to the FHL schedule, a game originally scheduled between the Cornwall Nationals and the St. Clair Shores Fighting Saints for this afternoon (Sunday) was forfeited.
