CORNWALL – The region is expected to see a large and quick dumping of snow Sunday afternoon and into Monday morning.

Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for SD&G as a Colorado low tracks toward the lower Great Lakes region and into Eastern Ontario.

Between 15 and 25 centimeters (6 and 10 inches) of snow is expected.

A snowfall warning is issued when 15 centimeters (6 inches) or more of snow falls in 12 hours or less.

Forecasters say you should be prepared for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions.
