CORNWALL – There’s a new man at the helm of the Raisin Region Conservation Authority.

Richard Pilon, a water resources engineer with 29 years under his belt at SD&G’s two conservation authorities, has been named the general manager and secretary-treasurer.

He takes over for Roger Houde, who is retiring after 31 years with the RRCA.

Pilon will start his new position May 1.
