MORRISBURG – The municipality will hold an open house in two weeks on proposed changes to the flow of people and vehicles in Morrisburg.
The Morrisburg traffic study open house is taking place Feb. 25 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the South Dundas Municipal Center.
The study is looking at making changes to the intersections at County Road 2 at the Morrisburg Plaza entrance, County Road 2 and County Road 31/Bank Street, and County Road 31/Bank Street and Fifth Street.
In July 2015, the township agreed to pay MMM Group Limited of Ottawa $12,855 to conduct the study.
The township already held a meeting with business owners and stakeholders in August to get their thoughts on the three intersections.
