CORNWALL – A city mother has been charged with assaulting her pre-teen children.
Cornwall police say the assault was fueled by an argument on Jan. 18, where the children – ages 8 and 12 – were struck or hit in some form.
The police service did not elaborate on the nature of the assault or the condition of the children.
A 35-year-old woman was charged Tuesday (Jan. 19) with two counts of assault.
Police did not release her name as it would identify the victims.
