CORNWALL – Another Cornwall hockey player is being recognized at the league level.

River Kings’ player Nicolas Larocque-Marcoux has been named the North American Hockey League’s (LNAH) second star of the week.

He had two goals and three assistants in a pair of games last weekend.

Forward David Croteau received an honourable mention.

The Cornwall River Kings made a deal with St-Georges, getting Maxime Vachon and a pick.

In return, the Cool FM gets Sasha Pokulok (who is injured at the moment) and a pick in the June draft.

Vachon, 27, has played three seasons in the LNAH and has 56 penalty minutes in 16 games this season with St-Georges.
