CORNWALL – A Cornwall woman will appear in court in January on a forgery-related charge in relation to her work.
The woman is alleged to have made up medical notes that she submitted to her boss.
City police were called and, after an investigation, the 32-year-old woman turned herself into police headquarters.
Police did not specify the nature of the medical notes.
She is facing charged with a single count of uttering forged documents.
