CORNWALL – Cornwall quarterback Jakob Loucks is heading to the Maritimes.

Loucks has signed with Mount Allison University in Sackville, N.B., joining the Mounties for the 2016 Atlantic University Sport (AUS) season.

Loucks told Canadian Football Chat that the decision was pretty easy considering the university had been pursuing him for some time.

He will reportedly be going to the university on a full tuition and expenses scholarship, which was hand delivered in Cornwall by the team brass.

Most recently, Loucks had been playing at Canisius High School in Buffalo, N.Y.
