NORTH DUNDAS – A wanted man has been nabbed by SD&G O.P.P. for at least the second time this year.
Officers stopped a vehicle on County Road 13 Friday morning and learned the driver was a wanted man.
They also seized marijuana, cocaine and magic mushrooms in the vehicle.
The 35-year-old suspect from North Dundas is charged with two counts of failing to comply with recognizance, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and driving while under suspension.
The same man was stopped July 30 at 1 a.m. and took off on foot from police but was caught a short distance away.
They later learned he was under court-ordered conditions from a hit-and-run in which he was also accused of fleeing police.
