CORNWALL – A section of Brookdale Avenue will be closed again today (Thursday) to allow bridge demolition crews to continue their work.
The northbound lane of Brookdale from Water to Second had been closed yesterday (Wednesday) to allow a crane to work in the area.
Because of the not-so-nice weather, American Bridge Canada has extended its work in the area for another day starting at 6:30 a.m.
The roadway is expected to open later in the day, according to a city official.
