BELLEVILLE, Ont. – Provincial police have charged a Cornwall man in connection to a multi-vehicle pileup on Highway 401 east of Belleville in February.
The collision on Feb. 25 killed Holly Jean of Mississauga after a transport truck collided with the back end of a Dodge Journey in the eastbound lanes.
Another passenger in the Dodge was seriously injured.
The transport truck driver, 25, from Cornwall has been charged with dangerous driving causing death and dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
The accused will appear in court in Napanee, July 30.
