MASSENA, N.Y. – A Cornwall teen has been charged with marijuana possession by New York State troopers in Massena.
According to state police, the 18-year-old was charged Sunday afternoon at the border – 1 International Bridge Road.
He was released with an appearance ticket to be in a town court at a later date.
