LONG SAULT – One person has been rushed to hospital after a t-bone crash on County Road 2.
The collision between a blue Nissan Versa and a black Chevrolet Impala happened around 11:45 a.m. Monday morning, just west of the intersection at Moulinette Road.
South Stormont Township firefighters had to use the Jaws of Life to free the driver from the Nissan Versa.
The person was taken to hospital in Cornwall by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
The condition of the driver of the other vehicle is not known.
Traffic was able to get around the crash scene by driving on the shoulders of the two-lane highway.
The scene was cleaned up by 12:30 p.m. and traffic was back to normal.
