CORNWALL, Ont. – A Cornwall all-candidates debate next month will have a labour flavour. The Cornwall and District Labour Council is hosting the council candidates debate on October 8 at 7 p.m. at the Cornwall Legion. The questions will come from the labour council as well as audience queries. Each of candidates will make a three minute introduction and a one minute conclusion. There are 29 candidates for Cornwall city council.
