CORNWALL, Ont. – A Cornwall man is charged with arson after a house fire in Cornwall in late May. The blaze on May 30, 2014 gutted a single-storey home on Seventh Street East. Police say the man turned himself in at police headquarters on Wednesday. Thirty-year-old James Quinn is charged with arson. He was released with a promise to appear in court at a later date.
