CORNWALL – A Cornwall man came up with a winning hand on an instant lottery ticket.

Jean Marcil matched five of five cards on Poker Lotto and scored $100,000.

The 51-year-old public service worker plans to share his winnings with his children, “plan a fun trip” and put the rest away for retirement.

“This is my first big win. I always get tickets at the same store,” he told lottery officials when he picked up his prize at the OLG Prize Center in Toronto.

The ticket was bought at Shortline Convenience on Second Street West in Riverdale.
