CORNWALL – Young adults at Beyond 21 have a couple of new additions to their property.

Members of the Cornwall and District Horticultural Society planted two Downy serviceberry trees last week at the property near the intersection of Pitt Street and Tollgate Road.

The initiative was funded through an Ontario Horticultural Association tree grant, which also covered landscaping and care supplies for the trees.

Clients at the center for people with developmental disabilities have also been exercising their green thumbs with the construction and care of planter boxes.
