GLEN WALTER – A section of County Road 2 was closed part of Saturday after a single vehicle crash, east of Cornwall.
SD&G OPP say a car hit a hydro pole just before 3 a.m.
The driver was not seriously injured.
The 26-year-old man was charged with impaired driving.
The section of County Road 2 from Boundary Road to Purcell Road was shut down to traffic for approximately six hours to allow Cornwall Electric crews to repair the pole.
OPP did not indicate whether the crash knocked out power to the area.
