BONVILLE – A driver from North Stormont is facing five charges after a single vehicle crash on McPhail Road Wednesday afternoon.
Police were called to the crash site, east of Bonville, and found the driver had walked away from the collision scene but was found nearby by officers.
A 19-year-old man from North Stormont is charged with resisting police, making death threats, failure to comply with a demand for the purposes of a sobriety test, failing to stop at the scene of an accident and driving while suspended.
He has an upcoming court date in Cornwall.
