
As of 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Public Health Ontario reported another 711** cases of COVID-19 (VAX: 322 none, 28 partial, 314 full, 47 unknown), bringing the total to 609,429. That’s a 0.1 per cent increase in total cases since Wednesday. Of those, 594,602 are resolved (97.6 per cent) and 9,955 people have died (five more than Wednesday).
There are 278 people in hospital (all hospitals reporting), 129 in ICU and 78 on a ventilator. The number of tests performed is 19,445,070 (34,347 more than Wednesday) and results are pending for 12,480.
Ontario has administered 22,762,199 vaccine doses (13,862 more than Wednesday), 11,178,476 fully vaccinated.
**Peel (40), Toronto (74), York Region (39) and Ottawa (42) account for 195 of today’s cases.
