
As of 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Public Health Ontario reported another 481** cases of COVID-19 (VAX: 236 none, 18 partial, 189 full, 38 unknown), bringing the total to 608,206. That’s a 0.1 per cent increase in total cases since Monday. Of those, 593,454 are resolved (97.6 per cent) and 9,938 people have died (one more than Monday).
There are 301 people in hospital (all hospitals reporting), 139 in ICU and 82 on a ventilator. The number of tests performed is 19,381,792 (18,965 more than Monday) and results are pending for 13,685.
Ontario has administered 22,733,297 vaccine doses (13,146 more than Monday), 11,160,503 fully vaccinated.
**Peel (31), Toronto (56), York Region (23) and Ottawa (41) account for 151 of today’s cases.
