CORNWALL – A Cornwall teenager has been arrested for allegedly threatening his ex-girlfriend.

City police say the 14-year-old was arrested last week after the teen turned himself in at police headquarters.

Police allege the youth had “repeatedly communicated with his ex-girlfriend despite being warned not to and made threats to harm her.”

The 14-year-old, whose name is protected because he’s a minor, is charged with harassing communication and threats.
