IROQUOIS – O.P.P. divers have recovered the body of a young adult from an area around the Galop Canal Iroquois Marina.
SD&G O.P.P. were called on Saturday afternoon after a report that some scuba divers had found the corpse in the St. Lawrence River.
The O.P.P. Underwater Search and Recovery Unit recovered the body of a 20-year-old man from Ottawa, Ont.
An autopsy is being conducted to determine the cause of death as an O.P.P. forensics team and the coroner continue the investigation.
