What the SDSG candidates are doing election night

SD&G – After a full day of getting out the vote, the various candidates for the federal election in Stormont-Dundas-South Glengarry have various plans as the results come in.

Conservative Eric Duncan will have a gathering at Cornwall Ramada where the doors will open at 8:30 p.m. “I will be watching the results with my family and addressing our supporters when the local results are known,” Duncan told Cornwall Newswatch.

NDP candidate Kelsey Schmitz and her team will be having a public event at their campaign office (1335 Pitt Street, the Pitt Street Plaza).

The Green Party’s Raheem Aman will be at Quinn’s Inn in St. Andrews West starting at 8 p.m. for a public gathering to watch the vote results come in.

Sabile Trimm with the People’s Party of Canada will be gathering at Winners Sports Bar in the Best Western.

No information on Liberal Heather Megill’s election night plans was received.
