CORNWALL – The Agape Center will be looking to fill two administrative positions — its executive director and fundraising coordinator.
Johanne Couture, who was operations manager and then took a merged role of executive director with operations in March 2018, is leaving for another job.
She has been with Agape for three years. Her last day is Nov. 1.
“We wish Johanne all the best in her new endeavors,” board chairman Maurice Dupelle said in a prepared statement. “We’re grateful for the years Johanne has contributed to Agape, and for her support as we transition into new leadership.”
A job posting will be available online at the Agape Center’s website soon and the board of directors is accepting applications.
The food bank, soup kitchen and thrift shop is also losing its fundraising coordinator, Stephanie Nalepa, who is “pursuing a new opportunity.”
Dupelle said the existing staff will work together to make sure services are seamless during the transition.
