City firefighters, police and EMS were called around 3 p.m. to the southbound lane of Pitt Street between Thirteenth Street West and Fourteenth Street West.

Three cars and an SUV were involved – a Mazda 3, Ford Taurus, Honda CRV and a Toyota Corolla. The Corolla was the car at the back of the line with extensive front end damage.

Some of the people involved were taken to Cornwall Community Hospital for observation as a precaution but any injuries are considered non-life threatening.
