CORNWALL – A body, found in the St. Lawrence River near the RCAF boat launch over the weekend, is a missing scuba diver.
The Cornwall Police Service says the body recovered around 9 a.m. (Saturday) in the river behind the RCAFA Wing 424 building on Water Street is 46-year-old Thomas Andrew Phillips.
Phillips went missing on June 11 while diving at Lock 21 off Macdonell Island – about 13 kilometers upstream.
