Three teens hospitalized in Berwick crash

BERWICK – Three teenagers have been taken to hospital by EMS after an early morning single vehicle crash on County Road 12 in Berwick.

Provincial police say the southbound vehicle on County Road 12 went in the ditch and rolled just before 1 a.m.

Three males – ages 17, 18 and 19 – were taken to hospital by Cornwall-SDG Paramedic Services with serious non-life threatening injuries.

Their identities have not been released.

The intersection of County Road 12 and County Road 9 is closed and detours are in place. The North Stormont municipal office, which is also at that intersection, is also closed until further notice.

As of 10:15 a.m., SD&G O.P.P. Const. Tylor Copeland told Cornwall Newswatch the roads should be opening soon.
