MORRISBURG – A North Glengarry teenager has been identified as the victim in Wednesday’s deadly crash in the westbound lanes of Highway 401 near Morrisburg.
Joshua Seguin, 17, died when his car, heading east in the westbound lanes, collided with a tractor-trailer near the County Road 31 interchange around 9:30 a.m.
Seguin was pronounced dead at the scene.
The truck driver was not injured.
A police investigation continues.
