CORNWALL – The Cornwall Colts split their games at the end of the week.
They won Thursday night (Sept. 20) with a 6-4 victory over Navan at the Ed Lumley Arena.
Scoring for Cornwall were Josh Barnes with a pair and singles from Konnor MacCormick, Justin McRae, Tristan Poissant and Jeremy Quesnel.
Then, on Friday night, they lost in Brockville 4-1.
Cornwall is at tied for the bottom of the Yzerman Division with four points, alongside Nepean. Hawkesbury leads with 12 points.
The Colts are in action again on Thursday (Sept. 27) when they host Ottawa Junior Senators.
The puck drops at 7:30 p.m.
