CORNWALL – A drunk driver left a wake of damage on two Cornwall streets over the weekend after a vehicle smashed into three parked cars.
It happened late Saturday night (Sept. 15) where police say a driver was under the influence of alcohol when three parked cars were hit in the area of Anne Street and Daly Avenue before driving away.
Police found the suspect and arrested him. He then refused to blow into a Breathalyzer.
A 63-year-old man from Cornwall is charged with impaired driving, refusal to provide a breath sample, failing to stop at the scene of an accident, three counts of mischief and dangerous driving.
