WINCHESTER – A couple of teenagers have been arrested in connection to the theft of various bicycles overnight Monday.
SD&G O.P.P. say garages and sheds along Main Street in Winchester were broken into sometime late Sunday into early Monday morning (Sep. 10).
Police were able to catch the suspected thieves.
A 17-year-old boy from North Dundas is charged with possession of stolen property, possession of meth, two counts of failing to comply with court conditions and two counts of failing to abide by his probation order.
A 16-year-old boy from South Dundas was also charged with possession of stolen property and two counts of failing to follow his probation order.
Their names were not released because they are protected by the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
While SD&G O.P.P. were doing their investigation, they also picked up a wanted woman.
The 20-year-old from North Dundas is charged with eight counts of failing to comply with probation, three counts of drug possession and one count of fraud.
Police also seized marijuana and meth during her arrest.
