CORNWALL – The Cornwall Nationals have started off the Federal Hockey League season on a winning note Saturday night.
Maxime Guyon had a five point night to lead the Nationals to a 5-2 victory over the Watertown Wolves at the Cornwall Civic Complex.
Guyon had pair of goals, while captain Ahmed Mahfouz, Brandon Vuic and Simon Sefcik added singles.
There were a reported 1,508 fans in the stands.
The Nationals are back on home ice on Saturday, Nov. 18.
