CORNWALL – The Cornwall Colts have won their season home opener, defeating their 401 rivals, the Brockville Braves.
Chris Theodore had a goal with 96 seconds left on the clock to push the Colts to a 2-1 win at the Ed Lumley Arena Thursday night.
Cameron Hebert had the second goal for Cornwall.
Goalie Liam Lascelle made 40 saves.
The Colts play Friday night on the road in Hawkesbury and then at home Thursday, Sept. 14 when they entertain the Cumberland Grads.
