CORNWALL – An area around Third Street East and Guy Street was cordoned off late Saturday night into Sunday morning after an SUV crashed into a hydro pole.
Cornwall firefighters and police were called to the intersection before midnight.
Cornwall Electric was later brought in to stabilize the pole while three intersections were barricaded – Second at Guy, Third and Carleton and Third and Guy.
The exact circumstances of the crash were not available.
