CORNWALL – A member of the 325 Cornwall Kiwanis Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron had shown top marksmanship during a recent competition.

Flight Sergeant Tanya Audrey Dussiaume was named top shot in the Eastern Ontario zone (Zone 19) competition on April 1 in Cornwall.

Dussiaume was among 12 teams with 60 competitors. Cornwall had two teams in the competition.

She had to shoot a series of targets in succession – two in the tougher standing position and two in the prone position.

Her final score was 83.5.

This was the second of a four-stage competition, culminating with a national competition.
