CORNWALL – The Cornwall Nationals split a pair of games this weekend.
In their second matchup, the Nats dropped a 3-2 decision to the visiting Watertown Wolves on Saturday night.
Scoring for Cornwall were MJ Graham and Lou Dickenson.
There were 1,117 fans in the stands for Saturday’s contest.
The Nationals were coming off a 4-3 victory on Friday night during their first road game as they edged the Berlin River Drivers. Scoring for Cornwall were Anthony Mezzagno with a pair (including the game winner) and singles from Yan Dumontier and Shai Rabinowitz.
Cornwall next plays Saturday when they visit the Berlin River Drivers, then at home Nov. 20 to welcome Watertown.
