FHL Nationals have new coach, three more players

CORNWALL – The city’s newest hockey franchise has added three more players to its roster and named its head coach.

The team announced Friday, it has picked up 23-year-old MJ Graham from Montreal, who played with the Brewster Bulldogs last season.

The speedy forward is 5-foot-10 and 194 pounds and had 11 goals, 43 assists for 54 points during 49 games with the Bulldogs.

The Federal Hockey League team has also added former Colt Sean Bluden and Marley Keca, who played with the LNAH Laval Predators last season.

As for who is behind the bench – Cornwall native Alain Quenneville, 38, who suited up for the Akwesasne Warriors and Thousand Island Privateers in the FHL, is the new head coach.

The Nationals’ home opener is Oct. 30 when they host Danville at 1 p.m.
