CORNWALL – A Petawawa woman has been charged in connection to a Cornwall welfare fraud investigation.

Cornwall police arrested Haley Kerr, 25, on Friday (July 29) and charged her with fraud.

Kerr is accused of failing to declare changes in her living arrangements to the Ontario Works Resource Center.
