CORNWALL – A Cornwall man is facing several sex-related charges related to acts that are said to have happened four years ago.
Cornwall police arrested Prasath Kanasamoorthy, 26, of Cornwall yesterday (March 30) and charged him with sexual assault, invitation to sexual touching and sexual intervention.
An unidentified victim – only described as being under 16-years-old in 2012 and known to the accused – claims he was assaulted.
Kanasamoorthy attended police headquarters on Pitt Street yesterday and was later released with a May 3, 2016 court date in Cornwall.
