Water could be out Wednesday in Glen Walter

GLEN WALTER – The township is notifying residents in Glen Walter their water may go offline for several hours on Wednesday.

The township’s public works department is repairing a leaky water valve on County Road 2 near Street “A”.

While workers will try to complete the fix without disrupting water service, there is a chance the water could be shut off to the following areas:

• County road 2 from Kilkenny Crescent to and including Farlinger Point
• Place St. Laurent
• Purcell Road

If the water is shut off, the outage is expected to last about four hours.

There is no exact time when and if the shutdown will happen.
