Results released Wednesday from the Dundas Manor Long Term Care Home in Winchester show a 98 per cent satisfaction rate, up from 97 per cent in 2014.

Residents and their families are polled annually on everything from nursing to food, cleaning and communication.

“The critical information collected allows us to plan for improvements in the coming year,” administrator Norm Slatter said.

The lowest scored will be reviewed during an upcoming improvement planning day.
