SOUTH DUNDAS – A disturbing incident on a commercial bus here has led a criminal charge for a St. Catherines man.
SD&G O.P.P. were called around 5:30 a.m. Tuesday to Highway 401 in South Dundas.
Investigators said a woman was sexually assaulted by man on the bus.
A 35-year-old man was arrested and charged with sexual assault.
He will appear in a Morrisburg court Dec. 15.
